The Pinch Bottom Machine is designed and manufactured for bags requiring bottom folding and pasting. The machine performs multiple functions including dividing piles of bag pieces, automatic alignment of bag pieces, detaching bag claws, compacting and transporting bags, incision, edge folding, glue spraying, compacting, counting, and outputting in piles.
The entire machine is fully automated using SIEMENS systems. The Pinch Bottom Machine is capable of producing bags with a strength capacity of 30 kg to 50 kg. This performance is already proven in the Indian market, with customers across PAN India.
We offer both bag-to-bag pinch bottom machines and roll-to-bag pinch bottom machines. Each machine can be customized according to customer requirements. Both variants are running successfully in the Indian market.
