From U-shaped straws to straight straws, we provide straw extrusion machines, bending machines, U-shape molding machines, automatic outer packing machines for BOPP or paper, straight straw printed material packing machines, and automatic carton packing machines. Extrusion Machine:

PLA biodegradable drinking straw extrusion machines adopt advanced temperature control systems to ensure high production efficiency. Key components such as the screw barrel are made from high-quality alloy steel with nitrogen treatment. The water tank, optional vacuum device, and hopper are made of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and a clean finish.

Flexible Bending Machine:

The flexible drinking straw bending machine is used to bend straight drinking straws produced by the extrusion machine.

U-Shape Straw Production and Packing Machine:

The U-shape PLA straw packing machine converts flexible PLA drinking straws into U-shaped straws and automatically packs them into BOPP outer packaging. U-shaped straws are commonly used for aseptic beverage packaging.

Straight Straws Packing Machine:

The straight straw packing machine packs each straw individually in either paper wrappers or BOPP wrappers. The machine is fully automated and provides high-speed straight straw packing operations.
